Results

It was a tight race at the 2016 Ultra4 vs. SRRS Backdoor Challenge during King of the Hammers week. Congratulations to first place winner, Scott GoForth, who took home a $7500 prize. He was closely followed by Joe Pierce, who was only two seconds behind! And less than a second behind Joe was Jason Bartram, with the title of Ultra4’s Fastest and a $2500 prize.

Backdoor Challenge

This year’s Backdoor Challenge (ULTRA4 vs. SRRS) will take place Monday, February 1st, 2016 during King of the Hammers week. This event is presented by Ultra 4 Racing. Location information, event schedule, and driver registration can be found below.

The riding area can be entered from Highway 247 at Old Woman Springs Road or Camp Rock Road, 55 miles southeast of Barstow. Most visitors access the area off Camp Rock Road by driving north off of Highway 247. Staging for many competitive events is at Anderson Dry Lake, 10 miles north of Highway 247 and east of Camp Rock Road. These are graded dirt roads. You can also enter from Bessemer Mine road or Boone Road further down Highway 247 away from Lucerne Valley if your coming from the west.
